Simon will be teaching an Iyengar Yoga and Pranayama workshop at SKYS.

Senior Australian Iyengar teacher Simon's experience of 38 years of practicing and teaching the art has enabled him to train many yoga teachers of a high standard and has offered yoga students a new lease on life.

Simon founded St Kilda Iyengar Yoga School in 1989 and SKYS Retreat Centre, Tweed Valley Northern NSW in 2005.

He is a passionate and caring teacher. He has the knowledge and ability to encourage students of all levels to work to their optimum and help them on their yogic path.
